US POINTER study showed a significant improvement in global cognition for a structured intervention (physical, social, and cognitive activities, MIND diet, health monitoring) compared to self-guided intervention equivalent to 1-2 years of aging #AAIC2025. Evidence that behavior change can work

In the CRHCP-3 cluster-randomized trial, blood pressure reduction lowered the risk of all-cause dementia by 15% in 33,995 individuals with hypertension.
