Meta official content policy using the dehumanizing term "transgenderism" is a shock and a woeful regression of the state of things. I can only hope history will look back at instances like these and know it is well in the past.

Okay I haven’t done a querying advice thread in awhile but here is one short tip that should be obvious but maybe isn’t:
When you get a full or partial request, don’t name it something like TOTSv5.docx!
Use your name and the title so it’s easy to ID the file.
Ex: MStevenson_Behooved_fullMS.docx

I was followed by Sarah Waters (author of Fingersmith, Tipping the Velvet, etc. & winner of the Booker Prize), & am blushing with joy. She's one of my favorite writers of historical sapphic fiction, and someone I've always admired. If it's not really her, I'll keep telling myself that it is anyway!

I love it when science fiction writers have no sense of what "a lot" is so you end up getting a huge assault on earth being carried out by 30 ships. That's like if the entire Napoleonic army was 5 guys on horses.
