Agreed Nerine, Labour are too timid to take decisive action, simples, set up a cross party committee, (number of representatives proportional to MP numbers in parliament), to sack Tory political appointees and recommend replacement purely on merit, Or just get Attenborough and Lineker to do it!

From an economic and well-being perspective this makes sense, but if it infuriates Badenough, Jenrick & Farage then that is a huge bonus 😆

Good for travel.
Good for young people.
Good for the economy.

My guess is Labour will suffer no political harm from this EU deal because nothing in it is unpopular (unless you work in fishing).

That should lead the Tories to rethink their blanket opposition to everything European. But it won't.

People like to mock Ed Davey for his occasional antics, but so often he appears to be the only adult in the room.

Badenoch really is vile.
Starmer says in Badenoch's 8 years as an MP - including as Children's Minister and Women & Equalities Minister - she hasn't once raised rape gangs or child sexual abuse in the House.

Badenoch pivots to talking about the Cass Review on treatment for trans children. #PMQs

Even if he's not your choice of PM, with people of questionable objectives trying to intefere in our country & politics, this was the best line i've heard from Starmer. "Once we lose the anchor that truth matters, in the robust debate that we must have, then we're on a very slippery slope,"

I keep forgetting about this when I argue about the ECHR. It’s a crucial part of our operations with both Northern Ireland and the EU at large and the gasping catfish that is Farage never explains how he’d manage that because he doesn’t think further than the end of the cig he’s smoking.
Let’s also not forget leaving the ECHR could result in UK’s trade deal with the EU being terminated because the convention is written into the 2020 Trade & Co-operation Agreement & would also breach the Good Friday Agreement which requires the Convention be directly enforceable in Northern Ireland
Reform UK leader Nigel Farage says

“We need to leave the ECHR so we can deport people that come illegally & take back control of our borders & that’s what the public wants”

Share if you disagree with his populist boll**** the UK should join Russia & Belarus outside the ECHR
