I have a theory.
Spirits Within happened in the #FFXIV universe. Allagan Empire, Another Reflection, Another Star, whatever it is. We have a high tech, low magic but aetheric based world invaded by visitors from another who did not have a compatible Aether signature with the star.

...oh. I forgot to release the instance after stopping it. in 15+ FMOD event stop calls across 8 major audio playback scripts.

My knowledge and research level has essentially turned into "Biological AI summary". I go out, do some cusrory research into a question someone might have, check documentation, and come back with "so you might be able to do this or that, or use this this way to do what you need."
