please make that toggleable. i want pronouns on the profile page and when replying, otherwise i don't need more clutter.
same with stuff like the pds host, i don't really care about seeing that even on the profile. (i still think, for other users, which pds you use should be completely opaque…)

oh the fucking worst thing is the care workers for the elderly who put their damn bikes IN FRONT of the slots but not inside them, blocking access... i've had to move them several times, which just feels awkward as hell when they might come down any second. don't put them in the way!!! angry note!!

that did actually happen once! i saw them go, unlocked my bike, took it back to *MY SLOT* and then happily locked it in place. where it belongs!

i stood and watched the bikes for like 1-2 minutes. i considered writing an angry note... defeated, i walked over 30 meters to the next slots and put my bike there. i locked it, slowly, waiting to see if anyone would exit the apartments and leave with their bike so i could take my rightful slot...

all the bicycle parking slots just outside my apartment were taken, and some of the bikes there didn't even make use of the metal ring you put your lock through to secure the frame... meaning there was no damn point to even having your bikes there! put them somewhere else!

yeah it would be relatively simple to have a block follow record, that wasn't a full block but prevented someone from following you. as long as the app you're using respects this feature, just like with blocks, it'd work.

i'm not saying that no one should ever have understood it as a threat initially, though i will argue that virtually no one should have even seen it in the first place. it was a post on someone's small alt, it wasn't meant to be seen by a wider public.

i think you can take it purely as rhetoric, even if you think it's bad rhetoric, after you've talked to the person in question and understand where they are coming from. i think it's dishonest to not include their intention when talking about this, even if you think the post was bad or even harmful.
