Trumps tariffs again shows how incompetent they are. They have put tariffs on Heard and Macquarie islands. These are not a country but islands in antartica populated by penguins but have no people. Expect a delegation of angry penguins at the WH soon.

3 major problems facing Australia are climate change and the resultant damage, wealth inequality and housing. Yet in this election all we are offered is 25c off fuel price or a $5 income tax cut. How petty, No wonder minor and independent votes are so high. Give us something to vote for.

If Trump can redefine citizenship simple with an executive order then future presidents should be able to redefine definition of arms- as in right to bear arms. Perhaps define arms as only smooth bore muzzle loaders as existed when it was originally written.

If all the empathy folk leave X for bluesky and all the MAGA nuts stay on X, doesn't that just make 2 groups each with their own reinforcing echo chambers and neither having any contact with the other and neither hearing contradictory views?
