Language often makes vehicular manslaughter sound innocent.

Most headlines today might say: “Fatal car accident” or “Pedestrian death”.

This one from 1971, about #Detroit: “Where commuters run over black children.”

Harsh? No. Truthful and tragic.

When we speak about “converting” cars in the future… there will be those that come factory fresh as EVs, and are given an ICE engine for nostalgia’s sake.

Here’s the Bavarian and German governments once again “investing” into #Hydrogen vehicle development at #BMW.

An honest assessment for this would be to simply call it what it is: govt funding for a few hydrogen engineers pre-retirement.

So… not only is it not self-driving, inefficient, ridiculous, and unsafe for passengers, the Tesla Loop egotunnel also has endangered workers.

Solar’s price drop is astonishing: panels are now 98% cheaper than when I first analyzed them in 2004.

Today, building a fence with solar can be cheaper than using wood.

Is the U.S. economy sneezing?

Something about a small group of tech companies basically circling money between each other doesn’t quite feel like “value creation”.

Salesperson just called me… and said “speak to you again, Buddy.”

This use of “Buddy” is enough that I don’t want to speak with them again. We’ve never spoken, and the hurdle to being a “Buddy” is much steeper than that.
