Taking folk who aren't legally here+deporting them is a political question.You may be for or against it, but it is completely legal to deport them.HOW YOU DO SO is what makes it constitutional or unconstitutional.Things like habeas corpus for example are crucial protections for us all.
Any of this unconstitutional bullshit they’re pulling. The entire system of ICE and, if technically legal, morally putrid approach to any of this. Borderline Brownshirt activity lately. If you’re an ICE agent carrying this out I’m not gonna feel sorry when people push back at you.
