The fact George Ford has been put in the running for PotM, when Tom Jordan completely outplayed him, tells you everything you need to know about the blind hype the Prem & its entourage have invested in certain player personalities.

Newcastle three scores clear of Gloucester with twenty to play. If that remains the same - (or indeed worsens!) then surely it spells the end for George Skivvington?!

Pat Lam showing no hesitation in calling this out live when asked for his take on the match so far. Officials allowing Sale to persistently slow good ball and be constantly offside.
Must be great being an England international Forward & playing in the Prem. Tom Curry is blatantly, hilariously illegal at virtually every single breakdown, slowing quick ball & dragging Bristol into a messy arm wrestle. Yet he’s just outright ignored by the officials. Not subtle. Simply ignored.

Bath have done well to manage their financial restrictions in a manner that afforded them a three year window. The first they targeted, & probably should have won, the Prem, but threw it away. The second was anticipated to be Europe focused, but year one’s error meant Prem became year two’s goal…1/2

These were, of course, the very same individuals who abused their platforms to push for - then later celebrate, the selection of Owen Farrell for the Lions. As a ‘much needed, clutch moment backup option at Ten’. Farrell went on to prove himself embarrassingly unfit for Lions level rugby.
Journo teams of the year mostly seem to be going with Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu over Finn at FH, world team of the year too. Seems kind of unfair given what Finn won, both club and Lions. Both play behind monster packs but SFM really does get to play in a rocking chair at times, let's be honest.

Ben White starts at Nine today for Toulon, but no Jamie Ritchie for that head-to-head with USAP. Meanwhile, Kingo is on the bench for Toulouse in their game against La Rochelle this evening.

This season, Bath feel very much less than the sum of their parts. They have talent across their squad, but they’re not as accurate as they once were. It’s a frustrating watch.

6yo asking why Glasgow are bringing five subs on and Edinburgh aren’t. Now need to try and explain the difference between Everitt and Smith in appropriate language
