For whatever reason, Monday (my Sunday) hits my ADHD the hardest. I always have plans to be productive, and maybe it's just my current mental state, but it's so hard to get ANYTHING done. Or maybe I am but I'm not allowing myself to call it an accomplishment. I'm too hard on myself.
