I was 33 the first time he told me it must be early menopause. I said no it couldn’t be. He said his sister said it could be. I never asked myself why he was talking to his sister about us. I only apologized and said I would try harder. And I did. I tried and tried and tried.

If you divorced an abusive husband I hope you’re talking to people about what he did. There are women going through the same thing and don’t know it’s abuse.

Everyone is deleting tiktok accounts. Be kind to us for awhile. It’s not an easy thing to do. Some of us have made over 20,000 videos on that app.

I’ve been shifting away from TikTok all year, but it has been my “home” online for 5 years. It’s sad to let it go, but it’s not safe there anymore. I’m putting my energy into Substack and Patreon now (lots of free content still), and will be posting a little less on social media.
