My tree is all decorated. This year the theme was woodland animals. I stand by my inclusion of Sasquatch. He is a woodland creature.

I have a big pot of tomato sauce on the stove. It is made entirely with home grown tomatoes. It smells so good in here. My partner, @flannelforever.bsky.social, went to the store to get a baguette for some garlic bread.

Love to Boston today. The No Kings protest is the same day as the Pride parade. So, they combined the events: No Kings, but Yaas Queen.

My family has owned this property in New Portland for generations. We've been working to preserve it for the future. We're retaining the farmstead, but protecting the 450+ acres around it. I've walked these woods my entire life. Glad it will be preserved. #Maine www.mainepublic.org/environment-...

Had a bunch of overripe bananas from my mom, plus a couple of my own. I made three loaves of banana bread. One is for my parents, and one for us...and maybe two for us.
