What else is Trump hiding? We now know he knew all about Epstein. We know he ogled teen beauty pageant contestants. We know he sexually assaults full grown women. Why is he still fighting to keep the files secret? What else has he done that’s worse than all of that.

Um…who is Megyn’s inside source? If she knows more about a rich man teenage rake ring, shouldn’t she say more?

We know Trump was neck waddle deep in Epstein’s life. The question isn’t what did the president know and when did he know it, but who else knew and how did they help Trump.
@repdangoldman.bsky.social is the best. We need more members of Congress like him.
👏👏👏

Does the phonetic spelling of the #HarrietTubman quote approximate the accent of a black Eastern Shire native from the mid to late 19th Century or did some white person mess this up?

What if the filibuster is already dead? Basically the filibuster is in place for specific issues, but has been killed for other issues. So the filibuster can be killed on any issue whenever the party in power finds it incontrovertible.

Democrats could have framed this collapse better. It’s a pig, and you have to kiss it, do out done lipstick on it. Like., “sorry, who knew the GOP was pro airplane crash,” I stead of “welp, Trump wind again.”
Kaine on why he thinks just getting a vote on healthcare is a win: "We're the minority party, but everybody will get to see who is standing for them when it comes to lowering their healthcare costs"

Jag-off turned off comments. Anyway, you need sticks to go with carrots. Take leadership away from @schumer.senate.gov and primary the Stupid Eight.
The sooner we get past internal recriminations and back to fighting united, the better off we all are — the likelier our victory next November.

Five of the 8 #DemocraticDumbasses are from safe states. Fuck @schumer.senate.gov

My statement after voting for a bipartisan agreement to reopen the federal government and give Congress a way forward to protect health care for Granite Staters:

We should remember it was only right Democrats. 3/4 of the party held, so…fuck @schumer.senate.gov who couldn’t hold the line.

Gett’em Chuck!
America is in the midst of a Republican-made health care crisis—a crisis so severe, so urgent, and so devastating for American families that I cannot support a continuing resolution that fails to address it.

I am voting NO.

Chris Murphy: "There will be pretty substantial damage to a Dem brand that has been rehabilitated if on the heels of an election in which the people told us to keep fighting, we immediately stop... if we surrender without having gotten anything, I worry it'll be hard to get them back up off the mat"

Democrats win big in ejections.
Trump falls asleep at press conference.
Trump booed at football game.

Dip shit @democrats.org fold.
If the Dems blink after all of this, for a deal that all but ensures no ACA subsidies in 2026 anyway, then what was the purpose of letting the shutdown go for 40 days in the first place?
November 10, 2025 at 12:59 AM
@schumer.senate.gov as Democrats we hate this, Republicans won’t give you any credit further it, and independents will stay on the couch.
So Democrats get:

1. A CR that will prevent the GOP from facing the wrath of Americans for a shutdown over the holidays

2. A coupon for one (1) meaningless ACA vote that will fail

3. An end to the illegal RIF/SNAP moves that are already before the courts

Those all seem like wins for the GOP.

I realized I wrote this and ignored the work of people like Nat Turner, the Stono Rebellion, George and Littleton, etc. Brown’s is the only one to gain support among “respectable” read “white” society.
John Brown’s story is extraordinary. He was the center of the only significant far left para-military movement in the history of this country. The Right, from nullification, to slave nabbers, to 1876, to bombing abortion clinics, etc., has a long, ongoing, history of terrorism.

Honest question for “small government” types. If you had to choose between billions for ICE, or Healthcare, which is the better investment?

I kind of think Democrats should double down on their demands now that they kicked ass in the off-year elections. Ask for more in the shutdown fight. Like, put mandatory back pay on the table and put back some more social program spending. Is that crazy?
