Rubio in 2014 reminds us that Ukraine had the large nuclear arsenal, but later gave it up in exchange for security guarantees which did not stop Russian aggression. In 2025 he pressures Ukraine, forcing it to give the Russians its territory without receiving any security guarantees in return.🤡
