D’expérience passée (en 22), les sections (et donc les collègues) n’y sont pour rien. C’est la DGRH qui, sur la base de cette règle (ridicule mais publique) déclare des dossiers irrecevables avant qu’ils ne soient transmis aux sections qui n’ont ensuite aucun moyen de les récupérer
encore un délire du CNU: un dossier de qualification a été jugé non recevable car le rapport de soutenance de thèse contenait des paragraphes en anglais (i.e. non traduits). Les mêmes qui se permettent de porter un jugement sur l'internationalisation des collègues (promo par ex)
