@mylesdungan.bsky.social—I'm looking to buy your novel THE RED BRANCH from a brick-&-mortar store here in #SanFrancisco after hearing of it on a podcast (I'm a crime novelist, Boston Irish, heart in San Francisco). Go-to source @greenapplebooks.bsky.social doesn't have it. Do you know who might?

We were very lucky to have him during the Decade of Centenaries. He has a nuanced and intelligent vision of the past and a deep understanding of the impact of violence and division on a nation. Real humanity.
He'll be missed.
Looking forward to a new chapter with Catherine Connolly. Another CC!

The new Myles Dungan historical novel was a delight! Witty, edgy, smart, it follows the travails of an Irish-born detective in San Francisco in the 1880s....highly recommended. @mylesdungan.bsky.social @irishlittimes.bsky.social @irishlitsoc.bsky.social @publisherswkly.bsky.social

San Francisco readers, I’ll be at Bookshop West Portal this Monday 14 October at 7 pm, reading from The Red Branch and signing copies.
A pleasure to bring the story home to the city where it’s set, full of intrigue, Fenian plots, and the occasional dubious character.

Storm Amy made it blustery, but Kells still turned out in style. Great company, lively chat, and kind words for The Red Branch, describing it as a story that lingers. I’ll happily take that.
