Chatting about the US ice storm this morning, my butcher (who has two siblings who live in NY State) noted how accurate US weather forecasts are.

Charles Exum (who shot Marimar Martinez) and Jonathan Ross (who killed Renee Good) both have decades of experience.
Both ALSO were working under rules of engagement that made such shootings likely, IMO.
And Stephen Miller is setting those.

You put a bunch of inexperienced and untrained officers in a tinderbox you intentionally created and refuse to defuse and this will keep happening. Trump nd Miller and Vance and Noem have blood all over their hands.
The Star Tribune reports that federal agents "attempted to order local police from the scene" where a man was shot and killed by feds this morning, but Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara refused and "instructed his officers to preserve the scene."
