1854 Cholera Outbreak in modern-day Soho, London. #30DayMapChallenge - Day 1 - Points.
You probably know Snow's foundational 2D map from GIS/Epidemiology class. Maybe you've walked past the landmark pump. I brought it back into present-day Soho.

India should sue every company that puts our name on that swill, we have a reputation that goes back thousands of years for giving the world things that will improve how stuff tastes this is just malicious slander
India Pale Ale was invented because the British needed a beer that wouldn't spoil in the heat of their colonial oppression.

They shipped the beer from UK to India, and the extra hops meant it wouldn't turn on the way.

We have refrigerators now.
I genuinely thought there was no way to make an IPA taste worse but I may have been wrong

Happy May Day!
On this labour day, we write about labour of community healthcare workers in South Asia, India's ASHAs, Nepal's FCHVs and Pakistan's LHWs, and their struggles to get recognized.
