Abolish gender markers on all government paperwork including birth certificates. Replace with confidential medical records that have Y/N toggles for presence of certain organs and endocrine configurations.

My friends who died should still be here. My friends who have terrible, debilitating disabilities from long covid should still be able-bodied and doing the things they used to. It's tremendously unjust and horrible and there's nothing I can personally do except mask. So I mask! Please do it with me.

I want to be able to see you and hang out with you and kiss you and eat with you and go to the movies with you! And I'll be so much more likely to do those things if we all take care of ourselves. I'm not getting less disabled. Some of my friends have died. The only thing I can do is mask!

If you used to but have stopped, there's no reason not to start again! If you never really did, this is a perfect time to start. Things are bad and our health system is being torn apart by people who want you to die. Help yourself and help your loved ones by upping the odds of staying healthy.

Worth a read. I was once asked to be a demo subject sitting in on a session of a hypnotherapy course for a friend in hypnotherapy training. The session covered using hypnosis for IFS/"Parts Work". It, at the time, seemed to me a wooey unscientific and potentially dangerous method.
Parts work in mainstream publishing. It has been frustrating to see the naive and uncritical adoption of these modalities despite people urging caution for decades now:

Worth a read. I was once asked to be a demo subject sitting in on a session of a hypnotherapy course for a friend in hypnotherapy training. The session covered using hypnosis for IFS/"Parts Work". It, at the time, seemed to me a wooey unscientific and potentially dangerous method.
Consent can be as easy as asking "hey, do you want this?" "is this okay?"
I think it's even better to blueprint and plan in detail
But it isn't hard. Consent is as easy as "Do you want to do this now?"
and only doing it when you get a yes.

I take it as a *really* good sign that today teaching my framing class I actually got critical pushback from the audience engaging in deep complex ways with the ideas presented. Absolutely what I want to achieve.

I've been doing hypnosis for over a decade and it wasn't until this year that I've been able to achieve a true hand free orgasm, one that makes a mess and requires cleanup, a TRUE orgasm. I sort-of nearly achieved it a couple years ago, but fully very much have found the ability this year.
