“You described Reform and other parties across Europe today as among the 'right wing equivalents of the fascists in the 1930s'. Why?”

“Because that’s what they are”

I've written to Keir Starmer, Kemi Badenoch and Nigel Farage, urging them to join me in condemning Elon Musk's dangerous remarks inciting violence yesterday.

As leaders, we must stand together and make clear Musk will face serious consequences for these actions.

87% of musicians report financial losses, with average EU tour earnings down 45%. For 59% of UK musicians, touring in the EU is no longer viable. This is not just a blow to income; it’s a cultural and soft power loss. Without European access and exposure, young UK artists are less visible abroad...

Bravo Al Gore
Al Gore didn’t hold back: The Trump admin is “attacking the heart of truth,” twisting facts like the Nazis did in the 1930s. From climate denial to rewriting the Ukraine war, it’s all about power—not reality.
Gore warned the U.S. is under siege—and every former leader should speak out like he did.

The Madleen, a UK-flagged aid ship heading to break the illegal siege on Gaza, has been threatened by the Israeli government.

Greta Thunberg, Rima Hassan MEP & others are on board.

The UK must act: defend the ship & crew or remain complicit in Israel’s blockade, aggression & genocide.

"I know you're angry about immigration" says Starmer on Twitter.

No. I am supernova furious at your casual assumption that everyone in the UK is an intolerant racist. And that therefore it's fine to treat immigrants like dirt because you're in tune with the prevailing mood.

Get in the bin.

Here's the Nobel prize-winning economist Esther Duflo destroying the claim that foreign workers reduce domestic wages. In fact, they actually help UK workers by adding to the talent base and allowing the economy to grow. Getting rid of them just leads to more automation.
