I am musebloom everywhere
Somewhat surreal to be quoted in the New York Times coverage of our show. Although I must say, we do look a little broader than just disability and the built environment ;)

Rewatching the Matt Smith finales has me in instant feels the way it’s been lacking for the recent ones because I actually care about the characters. I miss these arcs and development! I don’t mind not having classic Easter eggs and big budgets! ❤️❤️ 🟦

Using this as a creative writing exercise where, to maximally waste the reader's time, I start with a plausible-sounding story and descend into chaos.

There is no separating the art from the artist. If you buy Harry Potter shit, you are funding transphobic campaigning. It’s that simple.
JK Rowling has emerged from the shadows as a funder of the anti-feminist biology is destiny movement.

New skill unlocked 🌸🌼🌷
Day one of Design and Disability install and I’m impressed by the range of skills in our team, flower pressing by @musebloom.bsky.social is now a trade for hire. Also, early advance copies of our book are in the building!

Why do we undervalue the lives of disabled people so much? Why do we expect them to survive on a disability benefit that keeps them below poverty line - especially when being chronically ill drives expenses up?

A former “friend” explained it ti me & showed me how entrenched ableism is 🧵

A friend who was out as a gay man during Section 28 was telling me the advice he used to give to straight allies asking how they could help back then: stand in solidarity with us so that some of the shit they’re throwing at us sticks to you. If you’re clean, you’re not standing close enough.

If I got £1 every time I was inconvenienced by the king blocking the back road to the museum I’d have £2. Which isn’t much but it’s funny it’s happened twice.

The masterstroke of Adolescence is the one-shot, giving a feeling comparable to being in a piece of promenade theatre. Stunning performances. I’ll be thinking about this for a while.

Way too many people On Here are using the r slur and it's pissing me off.

It doesn't make you edgy. It doesn't make you cool. It makes you a shitty person. Shit posting doesn't include slurs.

If you use slurs, I will block you. Slurs hurt people.
