As a parent, my heart is broken for the families of those killed and injured by the shooting at Brown University. I am thinking of the victims, their families, and the entire community.
We cannot and must not rest until all of our kids are safe from gun violence in our schools.

If prayer could solve the uniquely American scourge of gun violence, it wouldn’t be the leading cause of death of
