I mean, GLP1s fix the craving for food, and when you stop the cravings come back. One poke a week for life isn’t a bad trade to keep the weight off.
Exercise is literally worthless for weight loss. I say this as a person who runs 5k 3x/wk. It makes the food cravings stronger.

They literally nationalized a major industry right in the constitution: the national postal service is mandated by the constitution there and a standing army isn’t. They’d be called socialist today by republicans.

Clocks are a shared fiction, but standard time ensures it’s dark when you go to work in the winter *and* when you get home. DST at least gives you a short period of daylight. If it were up to me we’d set our clocks forward an hour each the fall. DST in the summer, DST on steroids in the winter.
