Where oh where--is the lovely woman with the cat and the greyhound/whippet --who fed swans in her little river--and had them nesting on her lawn--and visiting her kitchen. Has she gone somewhere more into beauty and less into politics and rants? I so miss our communication!

What a downpour! I had planned to do some gardening, but I stayed inside and did a lot of previously neglected housework and of course enjoyed the women's hockey game.
For dinner: fried, breaded chicken steaks with herb butter, mashed potatoes, fried mushrooms and salad. 🍜
