I believe she's giving herswlf way too much credit, and isn't as important as she thinks. I don't know Bill Ferguson -- but he is not a lawyer. I do not know a single experienced redistricting or voting rights lawyer who agrees with him. If Ferguson doesn't want to redraw the map, he should just own it. Don't make up dumb legal arguments.
