sure, Adobe updated every 15 minutes, but the pdf reader worked fine for years ... until, of course, they added AI (dis)functionality. Opening a basic text document in 2025 should not feel as messy and bloaty as pirating music in 2003, but here we are.

‘Lived experience’ is valued in activism – but is it doing more harm than good?
Those without direct experience of an issue can find their place in activism questioned, but an emphasis on personal testimony can shift activism away from political action, toward guilt, polarisation...

Once again, the RSA's idea to task citizens with responsibility for road safety seems unhelpful when we have no role in road design and very little influence on the regulation or enforcement of road traffic offences.
