So apparently senators must now be notified in advance if their phone records are requested during the investigation of a crime. No one else, just senators. So they're free to crime and can't be investigated without notice. This is so wrong, but it's great for senators who want to commit crimes.

What difference does it make? The cutoff to enroll for 1/1/26 coverage is 12/15/25. If something changes w/regard to subsidies then insurers need time to calculate new premiums, deductibles, etc. & people need time to enroll before the cut-off.

A 50 year mortgage would be just great for the banks. We'd all pay more for the same amount of house, and banks would reap the profits.
This is not the way to make buying a house affordable. Building more housing and paying a livable wage will benefit everyone except banks and their shareholders.
