It turns out that contracts don't actually need to have IMPORTANT STUFF IN ALL CAPS. It's a holdover from the days of typewriters. The legal need is just to make some text "conspicuous"—any number of design choices can accomplish this without making people read in all-caps. lu.is/2012/08/a-qu...
