Whitewashing in action. Pretending diversity doesn’t even exist. Note in this photo, they are tellingly about to paint over “Fairness,”“Leadership,” “Integrity,” and “Stability.” At least that part is honest.
As a casual non-white observer, it’s so bizarre to see folks work so hard to try to prove their superiority over someone like me when they could spend that time actually bettering their own lives and…I don’t know, be happy instead of miserable fucks.
