The placement of identifying signs on everyday things in a patient’s environment is a common practice at advanced adult care locations. The term for it is “cognitive offloading” or “environmental cueing.”

You will read today about how Stonewall is losing funds because it lost support because of its woke practices. In fact, it turned its back on trans people and lost trans support. As usual, the truth is more complicated than what you read in the press.

There is one thing people need to understand. Trump is a threat to Britain. If you look at his threats, he is willing to go to war for the protection of Christians, just like Putin will go to war in the protection of "russians." More detail and links in the ALT description

This has got to be the beginning of the end for Trump. You don't just go into someone else's country and kidnap their leaders. There's going to be an international warrant for him, and anyone who thinks he'll relinquish power when he's voted out... think again. www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/c5...

Women of the UK. Take a look at what Trump has done to the US, then look at James Orr and what he wants to do to the rights that have been won through decades of fighting. This man, if Reform gets in at the next election, will deliver like Trump has. This is serious. www.facebook.com/reel/2288783...

Gender critical people are entitled to their beliefs, but if they want to pull the levers of power, they had better bring peer reviewed evidence to the table. As of yet, they have brought nothing and all credible science stands against them. @zackpolanski.bsky.social

Trans is not an ideology @zackpolanski.bsky.social it is a historically proven part of human history. As it is not an ideology, it can not be questioned as such. The human race is not a binary species and that should be enough to legally silence critics. msknight.com/loas/archive...

Trump politics is US social media politics and that affects all of us, which is a problem. It's freedom of speech, as long as it's speech that they approve of. Human rights that have been fought for across the board for decades... they're all going out the window.

I made a block list! Interesting. The list is private, so I can't see whose ranks I have joined :-) and even more interestingly, the people who are subscribed to the list don't seem to be too divergent from my own views so, they're not obvious enemies. I'll be smiling about this all day!

Errrr... what? He was mocked in 2024 for a rare appearance at PMQ's because he was in the US so much. Shouted down the same year for repeating a conspiracy theory in the Commons, and now this. I mean... I don't know what to think of the bloke.
