For those who don’t know. If you apply for PIP you contact the DWP by phone and are sent a paper form to complete.
You’re then sent for assessment where an ‘independent assessor’ who is a medical professional (usually a physio or nurse) will ask questions based on the areas that PIP is awarded.

I get this shouldn’t work like this, but I also fully understand not trusting the Scottish government
Kind of extraordinary that the new Local Growth Fund is to be distributed by the Welsh Government in Wales, but directly by the UK Government in Scotland, and that the rationale for the difference seems to be no more than "we don't trust the Scottish Government".

While I think it would be better if politicians stopped using X because in principle they don’t think it’s the right thing to do.
There are elections in five months, if the SNP want to even pretend to have principles and take all Scottish government accounts off X, that would be fine.

I love that we have the NHS, that healthcare is free at the point of need. But on days like today I hate the NHS.
I’ve had an inflamed tailbone for over two years, and I still don’t have any proper treatment, it’s been two years of getting fobbed off with exercises.

I invite you to ask yourself why the language of protestors has been a terrifying daily concern, but e.g. successive governments giving the US unlimited use of our airbases to fly a gajillion dollars of weapons of destruction into Israel for use on huge numbers of civilians is not concerning at all.

I’m genuinely worried for some of the disabled people who still post there, I wish they would leave. It’s just nothing but hate.
You can’t “fix” X, The Everything App by going back and posting there because the owner has this thumb on the scale of the algorithm to promote the worst ideas and people. It’s not a viable solution, you have to let it go.
