#knitting the Leonitis pullover and am trying to pick up stitches for the neckline. It’s fine until I get to the sections where I shaped the neckline by doing kfb increases. The edge of the kfb increases are kind of weird and I’m just not sure where to pick up. Has anyone dealt with this before? 🧶

What’s everyone’s opinions on LLI increases? The designer of the pattern I’m working says she used these instead of make ones because it looked better in her sample. I finished the initial increases and I’m not sure if it just needs a good blocking but I think it looks messy. #knitsky #knitting 🧶

My two gauge swatches for science…top is in the round, bottom is flat. I think I cast on maybe seven more stitches for the flat swatch. Both with 4.5mm seeknit needles. Top swatch matches gauge. Flat is too big. Steam blocked the top swatch, wet blocked the bottom swatch. #knitting #knitsky 🧶

I need a gauge of 20 stitchesx29 rows. I have 16 stitchesx26 rows, would going down from a 4.5mm to a 3.5mm suffice? I’m swatching with mohair so I can’t really just make unlimited swatches. (Can’t frog all this mohair to reuse yarn, can’t afford to use a bunch of yarn on multiple swatches)🧶#knitsky
