Folks my hometown and the surrounding area got hit with a wild storm that's caused floods, deaths, and widespread damage.

Started playing the original Metal Gear Solid and had 2 main thoughts:
1: Snake has flirted with every female character so far and is 2/3 on reciprocation. Did not expect that.
2: a lot more talking than expected.
Also, that first boss fight is fucking weird and possibly my favorite of all time.

Started playing the original Metal Gear Solid and had 2 main thoughts:

I had the weird moment where I was watching a show and Steve Buscemi showed up, and then I found myself so distracted by the fact that all I can think is Steve Buscemi and not the character he’s playing…so I’m putting down the show for the night.

So I learned that I should probably double-check that I un-hid the final build of the game on Itch by the time I said the game would be out.

Thanks for coming out today!
After getting absolutely annihilated by Rane from Lone Zerg in my own game, I’ve now trounced his score…
…all it took was adding more stages, several lines of code, a combo system, pots all being worth points, and a couple more mechanics…
… but still, 141,000 vs 8300. Checkmate.

I wish I was kidding but getting that dopamine kick of achievement unlocked in games I thought I had exhausted is amazing

No idea why that worked, but surreal to be playing a game I’m making on a fight stick. Feels like full circle from being a kid…
