Big Jake With Big Naturals.
Was at a gathering of family recently and my uncle was showing off pictures of his first car.
He was joking about being 18 and thinking he was rich making $6.15 an hour.
That was in 1973.
That's the equivalent to making nearly $45.00 an hour today.
I'm in my 30's, effectively making half that.

A family friend was telling us about what her husband shared about his experience in Broadview before he was deported back to Mexico. She's been sharing to friends and family because she's just in disbelief & horror what her husband told her. She wasn't able to talk to him until he was in Mexico.

So anyway I restored Daicon IV from scratch. This was a joint project with Chris Person (papapishu), who sourced the incredibly Rare Laserdisc release. The raw files can be found on the internet archive for those interested in processing it yourself. Enjoy! archive.org/details/DAIC...
