I was about eight standing on a large wooden toy box to read the large map of the world on the wall and fell off splitting my forehead open on the floor that was linoleum over concrete
What's the most ridiculous way you ever hurt yourself? I got out of the tub, skidded in water and tripped over the toilet. Ankle sprain.

I counted at least five sections where the chorus came through the speakers.
And it's difficult to be sure because of the amplified harp but I think Oropesa (Elvira) sings her first section of act 3 offstage and thus through the speaker, too

It sounds amazing, except when the chorus is offstage and "digitally projected" so they're not inaudible.
The set does not pass the simple test of letting the opera happen on stage.
