I cut frostbitten leaves off the eggplants. They're perennials & come back each year. I've never had growth past November, but look! I was going to toss them for being green but read they're good to use unripe. It said firmer & sharper in flavor, but I can't tell the difference in the taste.

I made a 1 pc chicken, 1 pc broccoli in a corn tortilla meal. I added something else called shredded cheese & it cost more than $3. It was $11 after breaking down the $15 pkg of chicken tenders and $3 cheese pkg @ the grocery. I looked on DoorDash & it was the same cost to deliver it and incl a tip.

I love the Barrett-Jackson car show. Not that I'm a car enthusiast, I just like checking out the old classic luxury ones. Like this one. I took the photo a couple of years back, too bad it's monochrome Monday, you'd see the paint job on this car is done in metallic purple.
