It's been said before, but is worth repeating as we approach a time of continued holiday family togetherness: if someone is able to insist you call them Gam Gam or Pop Pop instead of grandma/grandpa, they're neither too old nor too traditional to use the correct name and pronouns for someone else.

I am partially convinced that the only people who ever watched Cougar Town were me...and Abed in Community. But I recently started a rewatch of it and it HOLDS UP. This show was done such a disservice by its name and marketing. JUSTICE FOR COUGAR TOWN.

The Merry Gentlemen felt like the aborted fetus of a lovechild between a Hallmark Christmas movie and Magic Mike. It featured that woman who was under a dome, Aunt Zelda, Alex P. Keaton's dad, Stephanie Tanner's cool friend Gia, and Chad Michael Murray. So, yes, it was a perfect film.
