The only tech I've found that's good at predicting my interests is TikTok, and I suspect that ability will wane under new ownership.

I wanted to open a place in LA to showcase local music and arts and also sell merch and snacks. There was no zoning for it. Went to the zoning office and the guy said sorry not possible without changing to a known business type (like coffee house), or getting special zoning for a specific site.
