Folks, this is nothing new.

This is the racism that helped Trump get elected in the first place. He said he doesn't want people coming in from "shit hole countries" and also promoted the Muslim Ban.

America said don't take him literally or seriously.

Dammit. It's no excuse, but it does explain a lot.

And it's an important adult lesson that often there's a reason people do evil things. I think it's important to fully understand what happened and make a reckoning. That doesn't make it ok, nor does it provide justification. We could do better.

Yes, who is more likely to regard the sacrifice of people as abhorrent than those who follow a religion centered on celebrating the sacrifice of a person?

🚨DJT wins at one thing: He is the most crass and embarrassing person to ever represent at least half of the country - whether they would admit it or not. Too, nobody who is innocent of having misled the country intentionally acts like this.

What do these corporations have in common?

Netflix
Ford
Tesla
T-Mobile
Duke Energy
DISH Network
Metlife
Dominion Energy
United States Steel

In recent years, they all paid their execs more than they paid in taxes.

This is what a corporate-rigged system looks like.

When asked about the death of a W. Virginia National Guardsman, the President of the United States bragged about his electoral margin in her state.

When asked about the shooter, he called the reporter a stupid person.

Please stop holding quarter for anyone supporting this monstrous piece of shit.

Terrorism or Vengeance?

When the US pulled out of Afghanistan many Afghans who worked alongside them were offered TPS to keep them safe from execution by the Taliban.

But in July the Trump administration ended Afghan TPS, putting 11K Afghan refugees in the US at risk of deportation and death.

When a politician says: we’ll deregulate health insurance and send you a “freedom account” check, ask: freedom to buy what? If insurers don’t offer real policies or can cherry-pick only healthy people, that money is a coupon for a store that’s not open.

20-year-old West Virginia National Guard member, Sarah Beckstrom, died a day after volunteering to serve in DC so that others could enjoy Thanksgiving with their families. She deserves our gratitude, not political exploitation by a shameless president who scapegoats immigrants to swell his power.

The DC shooting story is really getting to me because we literally trained this man as a child soldier for a death squad in a forever war and Stephen Miller et al want to blame it on other cultures? It's our culture, American culture, that killed that woman.
