Maybe if we embraced alternative energy, we wouldn’t have to keep going to war for oil?

I am so tired of him doing illegal, immoral, unconstitutional things in our name, with our tax dollars.

I honestly don’t give a flying whatever about the Epstein Files. I want the victims to have justice, but I don’t think releasing this stuff in tranches does that. And I care more that we have an administration hellbent on destroying our country. With no guardrails.

I’m tired of all of the scary clowns in this Circus Cabinet. Can we at least get some of the happy entertaining ones in the New Year?

While the Vanity Fair article(s) on Susie Wiles and the chaos cabinet is full of salacious stuff, I’d like to remind the press that there are bigger issues in our country, including recession, unemployment, mass shootings, and severe weather issues that should get more time than the VF details.

@markhalperin.skystack.xyz Since you are on a reputation reclamation tour, it was incumbent upon you in this moment to remind Megyn Kelly of the law, and the fact that traditionally America has been more morally correct here.
Putting aside for a moment that this is a disgusting bloodthirsty rant, does the law matter at all? Do they care AT ALL about what the law says?

Has anyone asked Trump where the Resolute Desk is or why it’s at Mar-a-Lago?

The message behind “quiet, piggy” was not subtle.
I decide who speaks. I decide what truth is. I decide whose pain persists and whose gets erased. I decide what women are allowed to ask me. I decide which crimes survive and which get swallowed in smoke.

If you come for the King, you don’t miss. Senate Dems had the arrow notched, aimed, and chose to shoot it deliberately into the air. And it will be the worse for all of us because of that.

Some thoughts on the CR/minibus.

1 The Dems negotiating with Rs were not freelancing. They coordinated with Sen Schumer. A few were ready to give in on day one, others worked to maximize appropriations wins.

Those voting for the 'deal' are the ones furthest away from electoral consequences.

If I were @schumer.senate.gov, I would not agree to help Republicans fund this regime on the "promise" of an ACA vote at a later date. It didn't work the last time when they promised to fund DC. It won't work this time either. The House won't touch it.

Dear Mainstream Media,
Please stop referring to his sort of hopeful conversations around trade as ‘deals’. They are frameworks that may or may not happen, and often don’t deliver what he promises they will, so just stop telling us he accomplished something when he really, really didn’t.

Dear DJT - your reckless destruction of the East Wing is appalling. Almost as appalling as the desecration of the Rose Garden. May the ghosts of past First Ladies haunt your days and nights for the remainder of the time you spend in the White House.

This is the most corrupt and disgusting thing I think I’ve ever seen from a president. A blatantly impeachable offense. Republicans in Congress will say and do nothing.

This administration is avidly following Project 2025 playbook, despite election denials. I will never not be angry at the Dems who told us it would happen, but failed to put guardrails against it in place during the last months of the Biden Administration.

I’ll bet a lot of those law firms that ‘settled’ with DJT are regretting it as those First Amendment cases could be great revenue generators and reputation builders. Hope Kimmel hires a lawyer who left one of those firms.
