$18 in parts, four pairs of rubber gloves, grease everywhere, two hours of work, and I now have a working KitchenAid™ mixer again!!

It's been a while since I last gave an update on my recovery from foot surgery.
Frankenfoot is doing well.
Today the doctor removed the last of the sutures, but I'm still supposed to keep off of it as much as possible, and if I do go out I'm supposed to wear the BOOT OF SHAME!

All the videos we see of ICE/police/military assaulting people on camera are happening because they know they will face no consequences for their actions. They're breaking the law because they believe the law no longer applies to them. What kept them in check before was fear. Now they have none.

Saw the doctor again today to see how the healing is going.
He removed a few sutures, but most of them remain and he says it's healing well, if slowly.
Looks very Frankenstein-y
I'm to continue to keep off my feet as much as possible
2 more weeks until my next appointment.

Using a walker and/or knee scooter is incredibly tiring and our house is definitely not ADA compliant.

Doesn't look like they were shooting at anything in particular.
