I heard from a professor in Brazil that he didn't like to accept American students to his international scholarship program because their basic knowledge was always poor compared to students from other countries 🫠
Huh.
I never knew about this teaching method. Suddenly, some of the most annoying people online being American makes even more more sense.
On top of the galaxy-sized ego, they actually do not understand what they are reading.

I have a theory that the best teachers are the ones that promise nothing. By studying with them you have no guarantee of being rich. They won't pay advertising on social media or SEO, and they don't do miracles. However, you will have the best support ever.

I think a lot of the neurodivergent experience is being punished for asking questions so we instead decide to infer meanings and intentions and patterns based on context and cues, but because we're neurotypical, that process is extremely prone to error. so we get punished for it anyway later.

Art should not be rushed.
The monetization of art as "content" and merchandising has lead to its mass production and consumption, and now people expect good art delivered to them faster. That's just not possible!
Let art take time. A good meal has to COOK and art is similar.

Art should not be rushed.

Getting commission nowadays is not easy due to AI and bad economy, and now we have a lot of scammers and fake artists flooding the internet with fake or stolen art 😭

I noticed that fewer people are hiring artists on Reddit nowadays. I wonder if this is the consequence of art commissions being replaced by AI or if people are moving to other platforms.

I don't understand why people are mad that Bluesky isn't allowing non-consensual activity. Like... even in BDSM, you have consent, it shouldn't be an issue for NSFW artists. This guideline is not even new, so as long as you don't post rape and revenge porn here, then you will be ok.
