Being a part of a major airline merger is a really incredible experience, but it's nothing like I thought I was ready for.

All the day-to-day complexities to literally "keep the [current] airline running" while learning about a new parent org, looking out for my team, and so much more.

What is everyone using for local dev environments these days & what type of work you do you use it for (backend/internal API, full stack web app, etc)?

This is a lovely succinct reminder. Especially “You have a unique voice that others don’t have.” This applies to many facets of our creativity and what we can share with the would.

I’ve spent the last week in rural Germany touring & admiring horse facilities & learning a ton.

And bonus: not only did I learn about the equine industry here, I also learned a ton about non-rev (stand-by) travel to and in Europe 😆 😅

I’m ready to go back and build some cool stuff now 👩‍💻

I'm both nervous and excited that my new shoes came in the day before I leave for a trip. Seems like a risky choice but I want to believe that I chose well and they'll break in without breaking me 😅
