Every time there is an "INC-" 1, 2, 3 conference for Plastics Treaty, seems to get far less coverage (in general, not just Bsky) than "COP" 27, 28, 29 conferences

Climate Change a huge issue but sadly not the only one. Sometimes it feels like it sucks attention away fr. other environmental issues
