If you want a measure of how fierce a derby is, if the police let you kick off at anything other than 12 on a Sunday, it’s the same as any other game.

I know I’m an old fart but - I’ll be up in Liverpool later but no one should have to play at 8pm on Saturday. And to not have a three o’clock home game at least until January is just wrong.

In march 1990 Villa bought Tony cascorino as the final piece in the jigsaw to win us the league. We went to pot from the moment he signed. Isak is the 2025 version.

When I’m made head of the Premier league, any club that can’t sell out their away allocation starts the season on -10 points. That’s Palace and Fulham so far. Utterly pathetic

Decent away end yesterday barring a few idiots who’d decided a 400 mile round trip was the time to start slagging the players from the off. Yes it’s poor but it’s not time to turn on them. Disappointing to see after what we’ve enjoyed.

Rarely do non Villa posts, but my youngest baby is 21 today. Amazing as I’m still only 21 in my own head. Couldn’t be prouder of her. Lost her mum at 13 and her older sister stepped up and helped me parent her and her brother.
