President Trump does not have the authority to sidestep Congress in order to silence local governments and non-profit orgs that do work he doesn’t like.

Public servants serve the people, not politics. We're in court to protect the bipartisan promise of public service loan forgiveness.

Most likely don’t have this on the Election Day radar, but felony disenfranchisement is on the ballot next week in Virginia, an unusually harsh state for denying voting rights to people with criminal records. Major reform may be coming there, and Tuesday is pivotal.

I think there's a core problem with the idea that anyone - **especially straight men** - feels entitled to "debate" the existence and rights of trans people.
so there’s gonna potentially be a pod save america “debate” on democrats future support for trans rights in the near future
