We need a movement of all those abandoned by these mouthpieces for global capital and the landlords to resist every eviction, resist rent increases and fight back against the destruction of our communities by the precarity of insecure tenancies and landlord neglect.
We have to say enough is enough.

Saw Hamnet today. Best film as well as the most devastating emotionally in years. Even after leaving the theater, I felt like I was going to start crying. Again.

I have no idea who else will get nominated, but I can’t fathom l a performance out there that can top Jessie Buckley’s.

Home energy bills are up 13% under Trump because of his chaotic policies. Families are paying more & falling behind on their bills, racking up hundreds of dollars in utility debt.

Despite what you hear from fossil fuel-funded politicians, the U.K has just generated a record amount of clean, domestic wind energy.

Enough to power 23 million homes!

U.K decarbonisation policy is a recipe for energy security.

This budget made everyone poorer, but particularly effected disabled people. I joined them protesting outside the Dáil today.

We heard that for many it is literally a choice between heating or eating.

An emergency winter payment is the absolute minimum necessary.

After 10+ years of people fighting against it, this government is pushing through this dystopian CETA legislation.

Corporations can and will sue the state for interfering with their profits - for example increasing the minimum wage, against fracking bans, etc.

This is incredibly undemocratic.

They call it modernization. Let’s call it what it really is: demolition of the People’s House & democracy.
