i miss when creativity was encouraged in fandom. we'd get fanworks of incredible music like any FNAF fan song, and long standing fics like fallout equestria, and weekly cosplay homestuck meets. i miss old fandom so bad. i think influencer culture has rlly ruined it.

You should be kind and professional to everyone in a studio PERIOD. Whether or not they'll be your next boss is entirely irrelevant. Their labor makes ours possible, and they deserve our respect for it. It takes so many different moving parts to run a studio, and we're ALL necessary for success.
