WASPI set its face against this #Mediation and not only refused but actively opposed CEDAWinLAW’s attempt to do this through the courts, siding with the DWP’s opposition to this.

Free school meals for 500,000 more children from 2026 if family claims Universal Credit.

Great. Can lift 100,000 children out of poverty.

But those not eligible for UC? If families earn marginally more, children will lose free meals.

Universal right means, no one loses. Adjust the tax system.

It would help if the damn tax threshold was increased! Can't believe how much I'm now paying on less than 20K, having already struggled on less than 7k the past 6 years as a 50's woman! Way more taken off me than the poxy heating allowance.
