Photo by Pierre Lavie. Yes this is me. And I threw my Leica. It landed on the bass plate with hardly a scratch. Another Photographer grabbed it along with my phone and I was able to track him later. I was held face down tear gas deployed right in front of me and pepper sprayed directly into the eye.

This pub thing definitely needs sorting, but, what I have missed for years as a non drinker is when you could afford to go down to the village pubs and just get pub grub. Where I used to live went down the gastro pub route and became too expensive and the one here now just does Tapas so I don't go.

Phew! added moss and wool earlier but was worried birdie might think something off, I wasn't wrong. Came back but clearly confused and unsure so flew off 😨. But thankfully came back and now settled down after checking it was safe. Now all snugged up and hopefully a bit warmer now. 😄

What a day to break down, but luckily gorgeous young guy was outside my house so got to warm up inside with a coffee, he learnt some English and I learnt some Punjabi. Battery was flat apparently so hopefully he will be ok now.

Had this bird box up for 3 years and no one has used it other than a hop in and out but spotted someone in and out this morning, now saw this little fluff ball hunkering down for the night. Wish I had put some of my needle felting wool in there now! 😍
